To introduce participants to cooking with local and seasonal produce. Shopping and cooking is a unique experience in the village. The local markets are filled with local fruits and vegetables from the area. Some familiar and some completely foreign. Learn how these ingredients are used locally and in other parts of the world.

Each Participant goes home with 2 serving of each dish.
